Started with the propeller extension made from EN AW 7075 T6 140mm diameter. The plan is to generate two flanges, one that bolts the extension to the flange of the engine, the other flange allows to bolt the prop to the extension with short M10 bolts.
I also try to integrate the belt pulley that drives the generator right into the extension.
